For online courses, training modules, and e-learning content:
- Access credentials and instructions will be delivered via email within 24 hours of successful registration and payment.
- All digital materials (PDFs, videos, eBooks) are accessible through our learning portal.

- Physical Materials (if applicable)
For programs that include printed books, kits, or other physical materials:
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Domestic shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while international shipping may take 10–21 business days depending on location.
- Tracking information will be provided once your package has been shipped.
- Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and will be quoted separately.

- International Shipping
